Refund Policy
Our conditions for withdrawal, support, and refunds of physical and digital products.
1. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation (Before Delivery)
If you made a purchase by mistake, changed your mind, or simply no longer want the product, and it has not yet been delivered (no code, license, or physical product has been sent), you can request a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

Card or Binance Pay Payments: The refund will be made for the full value of the transaction directly to the original payment method.

PSE, Nequi, or Daviplata Payments (via Bold or Wompi): The refund of the paid value will be processed, but the commission charged by these payment processors will be deducted, as this commission is non-refundable by the payment platform.
2. Digital Products (Licenses & Codes)
Due to the nature of digital products (single-use keys or subscriptions), once the product has been delivered, the conditions change:
When does a refund NOT apply?

Working Product: No returns or refunds are accepted if the product was delivered, works correctly, and matches the description. Post-delivery change of mind is not a ground for a refund in digital goods.

Successful Activation: If the client already activated or used the product.

Compatibility Errors: It is the client's sole responsibility to verify that their system meets the requirements before purchasing.
Warranty and Replacement
If the product fails during the specified warranty period, the case will be evaluated under the following conditions:

The product must have been used according to the instructions provided.

Does not apply if the product was modified, altered, or manipulated by third parties.

The claim must be made within the specified warranty period.

Evidence of the problem must be provided (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
We Offer:

• Tech Support: First, we will attempt to resolve the issue with professional technical assistance.

• Replacement: If the code is invalid or stops working, we will deliver a new license key.

• Alternative Product: If the same product is not available for replacement, an alternative of equal value will be offered.

• Proportional Refund: If replacement is not possible, a refund will be calculated based on the remaining usage time of the subscription and the remaining warranty.
3. Physical Products
Withdrawal by Regret (Post-Shipping)
If the product has already been shipped or received and the customer no longer wants it for personal reasons:

⚠️ Critical Condition: The product must be completely sealed, with no signs of use, in its original packaging, and with all its tags. We will verify that it has not been opened or manipulated.

⚠️ Deductions: Shipping costs (if covered by the store) and the payment processor commission (applicable only to PSE, Nequi, or Daviplata) will be deducted. In payments with Card or Binance Pay, no processing commission is deducted. The customer must always cover the return shipping costs.
Warranty for Defects
If the physical product has manufacturing defects:

Timeframe: Up to 30 days after receiving the product.

Costs: In case of a proven manufacturing defect, shipping costs for the exchange will be covered by Nyxos Shop.
4. Process and Timelines

Contact support via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and proof of purchase (if applicable).

We will evaluate your request within 24 to 48 business hours.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
