1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nyxos.shop, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any section or clause in this document, you must refrain from using our services and web platform.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Digital Products (Software & Subscriptions)

Software licenses, codes, and access keys are intangible, single-use products.
Delivery is made electronically and in the vast majority of cases immediately after the payment is validated.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to check that system requirements match their devices.
Reselling Allowed: You can resell digital licenses acquired at your own risk and commercial responsibility.

Reselling Limitation:

Nyxos assumes no responsibility if the resold product was modified, altered, shared with multiple users inappropriately, or manipulated by third parties. The legal warranty of Nyxos covers only the original buyer on our platform and is not transferable in reselling.

2.2 Physical Products

Shipping times depend on the selected shipping company and the delivery city.
Shipping costs are calculated based on volumetric weight and geographical delivery location.
The buyer must provide correct, clear, and updated shipping details to avoid delays or lost packages.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the store correspond to Colombian Pesos (COP) or their regional equivalent.
We reserve the right to modify prices based on market fluctuations without prior notice.
Orders will be processed once the payment processor validates the transfer of funds.

4. User Account

You must provide true and updated information in the registration fields.
You are solely responsible for the security of access passwords to your account dashboard.
We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts that violate the regulations described on this page.

5. Intellectual Property

The visual design, original brand logos, exclusive physical product photos, custom written content, and source code of Nyxos Shop are of sole and exclusive property of Nyxos and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

Certain supporting graphic elements (such as illustrative icons or payment gateway logos) are owned by their respective brand owners and are integrated for illustrative purposes under their respective brand licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability and Applicable Law

Nyxos Shop is not responsible for indirect losses, compatibility errors in software not checked by the customer, or modifications made to the software by third parties after delivery.

These terms and agreements are governed, regulated, and interpreted in accordance with the legislative framework of the Republic of Colombia.
